Muffin, Buster, Whangdoodle, Shirley, and Horatio make an exhilarating appearance late in The Tyrant’s Tomb, and we could not have fallen harder for these magical beasts. But not so fast—Uncle Rick had no interest in giving us adorable creatures of whimsy. These are five battle-ready horned steeds with a “natural talent for kicking undead posterior.” That means they kick ZOMBIE BUTT, people. How great is that?

And let’s not forget that their horns transform into quite useful accessories. We know Buster has the nail file, but we like to think Shirley and Muffin have the corkscrew and fork. With names like that, we’re sure they’d be a hit at dinner parties.
