Keelboat Annie

Annie has impressive strength, as you can see from this majestic depiction. Tristan tells the legendary story of Annie toting precious cargo and people on her keelboat, with Old Man River battering her as she hauls. As you can imagine, that’s only the beginning of Annie’s role in this story. One thing’s for certain. We’d all be in exceptional hands on any boat that Annie pilots.

Shamble Man

We’re afraid to say much of anything about this guy for fear he may turn up and start smashing things and bellowing at us. You can bet that’s what he’s going to do and then some in Tristan Strong Destroys the World. But looking at this monster, we have to ask ourselves, “who exactly is the destroyer in this book?”
